This is the father-friendly response to the  "Federal-Provincial-Territorial Consultation" titled Custody, Access and Child Support in Canada, which is sponsored by the Department of Justice.

In this response, we are rejecting all of the government's
options, and attacking the insane mindset that says you must
have the courts taking away one of the parents in every
separating marriage.

Most father-friendly groups (click *here* for a list) see this
consultation as a Justice Department attempt to further
delay meaningful change in Canadian family law, to avoid
restoring fathers to children of divorce, so that mothers
will be served.

We take the position that no class of people is actually helped
by the family court, women included.  It doesn't have to go on
this way.  Government delay tactics will fail if we resist.  We,
the people, still have it in our power to turn this survey to a
good purpose.
